Shipping policy

We deliver all standard orders to Omniva and DPD parcel lockers across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. Our order processing time is 0–3 business days, after which parcels are handed over to the selected parcel locker service. Delivery times typically range from 1–3 business days within Latvia and 2–5 business days within Lithuania and Estonia. In cases of larger, oversized, or special orders, we may arrange individual delivery via a courier; however, this does not affect the price paid for shipping at checkout, as shipping is charged as a single, fixed-rate service. If a parcel is not collected within the courier’s stated deadline, it will be returned to us, and reshipping may require an additional fee. Once an order is dispatched, customers receive a tracking number and a link to follow the delivery status. If a parcel appears damaged before collection, we advise refusing it and contacting both the courier and us immediately.
